Remote Online Notarization (RON)

RON allows documents to be legally notarized from anywhere using a secure video platform. It's fast, convenient, and accepted throughout Florida.

Requirements:

Valid, government-issued photo ID
Stable internet connection
Device with a camera and microphone
Secure link provided upon booking

Mobile Notary Services

Mobile notary appointments are available at your home, office, hospital, correctional facility, or another agreed location in Central Florida. Office visits in Winter Park are also available by appointment.

Pricing

RON Services: Custom quote based on document type and volume

In-person Notarial Certificate: $10 per seal

Mobile Travel Fees

Base: $35 (up to five (5) miles

Mileage: If located outside of a five (5) miles radius, a fee of $35.00 + $1.00 per mile (roundtrip) shall apply

Tolls: Actual cost (if applicable)

After-hours/Holidays (this is a premium service): +$40

Additional Services

Document Printing: $0.15–$0.50 per page (B/W or color)

Shipping/Courier Services: USPS, FedEx, or UPS available at current market rates (based on client preference)

All travel and service fees are confirmed prior to the appointment. Bundled pricing is available for multi-document signings.
