  • What do I need for a RON appointment?
    You’ll need a valid photo ID, a reliable internet connection, and access to a device with a camera and microphone. Instructions and a secure link will be provided in advance.
  • Are evening and weekend appointments available?
    Yes, mobile and remote appointments are available outside regular business hours for an additional fee.
  • Do I need witnesses for my document?
    Some documents require witnesses in addition to notarization. If needed, witnesses can be arranged or you may provide your own.
  • What are the travel fees for mobile notary services?
    Travel fees vary by distance and appointment time. Standard mobile service within Central Florida begins at $25 and increases based on location, urgency, and after-hours requests.
  • What types of identification are accepted for notarization?
    A valid, government-issued photo ID is required. Acceptable forms include: State-issued driver’s license or ID card U.S. passport or passport card Foreign passport stamped by U.S. Customs U.S. military ID Permanent Resident/Green Card Tribal-issued ID cards IDs must be current or issued within the past 5 years if expired (Florida law).
  • What is Remote Online Notarization (RON)?
    RON allows documents to be notarized electronically through a secure online platform. It’s legally accepted in Florida and ideal for clients who are out of state or need flexible scheduling.
  • Are there additional fees for printing or shipping documents?
    Printing: $0.15–$0.50 per page, depending on ink type (B&W or color) and volume Courier or shipping services: USPS, FedEx, and UPS options available at market rates All fees will be disclosed upfront during booking
  • How do I prepare for my appointment?
    Please have your document(s) ready and do not sign them in advance. Bring valid ID, any required witnesses, and be sure all parties signing are present or accessible if using RON.
  • What types of documents can be notarized?

    No. While support includes reviewing, redlining, and organizing contracts in collaboration with in-house legal teams and external counsel. All legal guidance and final decisions remain with your licensed counsel. The focus is on operational execution, efficiency, and risk-reducing workflows. Legal advice is not provided nor our are services intended to be a replacement or substitute for legal counsel. Services include administrative and operational support
